Would love to have been in the tournament of the minds which took place to confirm the inclusion of Tex in this weather. Unbelievably stupid selection. We needed another ground level player with some versatility who could provide front half pressure on a wet and miserable night. Just reeks of donkey selection policy and nursing Tex to 300 rather than picking the team which gives us the best chance to win in the conditions.

And I’m still not wrong, 7 defenders, Smith is sub. Either he swaps with a defender or if not, one of them will move up the ground. Weird gloat of yours.

However it’s good to see Smith named as sub. Many in here thought it would be one if the kids.

If he’s in the 23, best that he’s sub, bust he’s not a good choice as sub. Too many half backs, if we get an injury to a mid or forward, it results in moving a half back up the ground and none have ever been any good on a wing. Cumming is barely holding up in the role. Should have been a mid like Dowling who can cover wing, mid or forward and allow the half backs to remain in their best roles.

Well you used a post of mine that stated that ‘if Smith and Laird played then’ as some kind of evidence that we argued about smith and Laird playing in the same 23. You bumped the post as some kind of flex, which was strange to start with, but was always stupid because what I posted was so obvious it could never be wrong. But you somehow made it possible to make you wrong. And don’t forget, you started it, not me.

Which of their’s is 35 years old, clearly hampered and struggling to cover the ground? Hawks were doing it with Sicily, although not as old, but finally did the right thing.
