"Desire" is probably not the right word. If I have a "desire", it would be for the pre-2025 Rowy to make a welcome return. I think we'd be a helluva lot better this year for it.
But as it stands all we are getting from him lately is some clutch tackles, so I don't think we'd notice his absence if he wasn't there. But I think those tackles are the reasons I can't see him being out of the 22 at any point. And maybe that's fair enough.

If you think the ground will play like a dry track have news for you. Can we not play VFL players at best? Though maybe if we do some on here can wake up and realise we are purely and simply playing for pride from now on and should be building for next season. There’s no point coming 10th

It’s played like a wet track for a month, it’s hardly going to be that dry.
Prepare for next year and use the last games to get a form of a gameplan that’s sustainable and can we stop playing blokes that should be delisted at seasons end.

Nah it hasn't "played like a wet track" at all .
The Paddington end is shifting under players feet.
The rest of the ground is fine.
The issue with the Paddington end is the grass and root structure is basically dead.

I still feel like Cleary has too much of what we lack to not be in this team.
Like sorry but we are nowhere near good enough as a team to be turning our noses up at a guy with slick hands and superb tackling & closing speed.
