I highly doubt he'll be dropped, because he's much loved at the club, and that's part of the problem. They'll continue to back him in until the situation becomes so bad that everyone involved is worse off for having let it drag out for too long.

vb out for Hartigan (Cheney can play VBs role better than him he had more touches than him and defend and intercept mark)
Mackay out for knight, don't mind giving Milera and McGovern another couple games to get their feet, but Cameron to come in in next few weeks, with Menzel looking for a gig too

He did ok until Harvey kicked 3 on him. Then there was that quick rush forward that he let Garner soccer through. Harvey is that kind of player where 5 minutes is enough for 3 or 4 goals. The Garner one was one of those that you are sitting on your player waiting/hoping it doesn't come out quickly and it did.

I watched all of Mackay, VB and Cheney and of the 3 VB would be the one feeling the pressure. Playing Port with their pacy players would give me pause. I would like to see the match up because I don't think its a direct Hartigan for VB swap. Hartigan is slower and dumber than VB imo. My head would not explode if VB kept his spot. I don't see training I am not involved in match committee discussions.

Hartigan is definitely not slower than VB.

He did not do ok at all! Goals kicked on him, horrible skill errors, awful chasing…c'mon mate stop trying to polish a turd.

So now you're comparing tonight's game to a game we won by 13 goals a year ago. I'm sure we only won because Hartigan beat Waite last year.

Defence was a shambles. They looked like marking the ball with every i50. We were killed in every aerial contest.

I think I remember twice on the top of my head when Talia, Laird (lol) and Brown (lol) were in a contest with Goldstein, Brown, etc. i50.

I don't. Petrie has been dominated in the past by Talia, but on this occasion he was too busy having to cover and spoil other defensive contests.

Yeah I've changed my mind. Mackay goes out, not McGovern, who deserves another shot. Underperforming senior players are more detrimental to the side than rookies
