100%, to actually be able to see everyone makes a big difference to your assessment of their performance.Really looking forward to watching the game live too....so much easier to see who is working and if there are better options not seen or taken.
TV can bear false witness sometimes.
Out: Ballantyne, Johnson, Sutcliffe and D.Pearce

Kersten will be another I think, I initially thought the fourth would be Ballas... but I'm not confident. It's quite hard to foresee what the club are planning at the moment.Assuming Hill, Hamling, Cerra and Crowden are ins.
Then I recon out go D. Pearce and Sutty but who else? Hopefully not Banfield.
I think Grey in particular is looking likely for delisting. The fact he is as old as he is and isn't even remotely in selection discussions says a lot. Same with Sheridan.Due to the gap in ages of our squad, I really don't understand why players like Nyhius, Grey, Duman,
are not considered.
Why are they on the list then? We have seen enough of D Pearce, Sutty, Sherro, to know what they bring.
These guys are in that 19-24 year bracket, done several preseasons, and know the system.
Grey is that hard nut, tagger missing, Nyhius the lock down defender missing, Duman speedy utility with
height and run.
I like that we are bringing in the youth, but you need a few unsociable characters in footy, it is still a
contact sport?
He'll get shown the door at some point this year I think and hope but honestly I thought he was ok last week. You spelled Sutcliffe wrong
I'd like that. Keen to see Crowden, but there's no rush, and with Duman having been around longer our structure should be OK.My bet is on Duman being the other debutant
I hope that's how they do it anyway. Regardless of win/loss. Cycle them through.Changes will be drip fed over the start of the season to keep peoples interest turning up to games?
Sherro is pumpedIf it's not to be this week, I'd be thrilled to see Taylin, Tommy or Huge get a run.

Ideally for me;
Out Kersten in Darcy
Out Danyle Pearce in S Hill
Out Sutcliffe in Hamling
Out Ballantyne in Cerra
Most likely Ballaz stays and no Darcy.
Ballas stays. I'd like him out for Crowden.
Johnson out for Cerra.
5 changes are unlikely.
Need johnson. He will be better as 3rd tall behind Hamling and Pearce. Essendon is too tall to drop him and have 2 talls again
Might depend if Hughes comes in but thinking they'll keep MJ for the first game at the new stadium.Need johnson. He will be better as 3rd tall behind Hamling and Pearce. Essendon is too tall to drop him and have 2 talls again
You mean like this? He’s been practicing at Peel.Hoping my buddy Mitch is the secret possible debutant this week, and is given instructions to just go out there and play his natural game. If he doesn't see out the four quarters just yet, so be it - I'll be happy with great effort, hurting at least one opposition player (WWE moves preferred), a few looong handballs to advantage and some lace-out delivery inside 50. And the Rising Star Nomination. And two Brownlow votes (letting the captain rack up three to start his run)...
If it's not to be this week, I'd be thrilled to see Taylin, Tommy or Huge get a run #noDPsplz
Rnd23 last year against Essendon. He spudded it up so hard in the forward line he got swapped with Collins who was also spudding it up in the backline. Neither line improved. He is not a defender.Does Kersten have any history of playing in defence?
