I don’t understand why we push Cumming back behind the ball when Jones comes on. It’s 2 weeks now. Jones was very good behind the ball. So good that he ended up moving to a wing.

Went straight to Noah Anderson when he came on, obviously given a task by the coaches and I thought he did quite well curbing Anderson's influence. His pressure and close checkingforced Anderson to handball a lot more than usual and cut his damaging kicking to a minimum.

And it was peatling on Anderson mostly.
Chayce came on and played wing then shifted into the centre late.

Agreed, but some people still need to have a whipping boy and without Murphy it’s him.

Thankfully it isn't Milera since we've re-signed him to another contract, he seem to have regain confidence in his body and attacking the ball more strongly. Laird in the backline is still meh.

Mostly shifted into centre to take berry rotation when he went off. Still have him a couple when he returned

I thought jones looked hungry and hard at it. Not a heap of the footy but he isn’t going to die wondering and leave anything out there.

He’s the classic fringe player, not only playing for his career but that last 1-2 spots in a contender, who should keep that intense edge in our side

(whether it’s him or others, there’s genuine chances there for a fringe player to grab a chance at greatness)
