Burgess worthwhile on the list? He clearly showed today he isn’t an AFL footballerOut:
Jones, really disappointed. He had a half to get into the game but seemed to be tagging Kelly who went even better with JChayce on him.
Burgess, even if he had nailed 2 goals he would still be out. Still a worthwhile player to have on the list though.
Peatling if he doesn't come up.
In:
Tex
Dowling
Crouch for Peatling
Fairly obvious, but is it?
It would be fantastic if we did, we saw what Brisbane and Hawthorn did, but our selection committee is more likely to give Crouch another game before Draper this seasonId love to see us throw Draper in.
Collingwood have been exposed by leg speed.

I hate agreeing, but his time's up.Jones - 5 weeks as sub ?? Can't be easy. I spoke to a current player today and he said most players would've kicked up a fuss. Chayce doesnt. But its time to move on, and I hate saying it.
Yeah, it seems that way. I was hoping he'd have made it by nowBye Jones, I've been an advocate but it's just never going to happen.
I have been saying this for so long!Burgess worthwhile on the list? He clearly showed today he isn’t an AFL footballer
Makes perfect sense to me.Burgess and Jones for Tex and Dowling are very easy changes.
Dowling's form can't be ignored.
Shit, half our side needs delisting then.If you can't perform a role to a basic level in a pressure game there's no point being on the list
He was .. made 1 or 2 mistakes but otherwise was goodLaird was fantastic!
Keane still had 11 intercepts today and was very important in the 4th. Miles ahead of Murray.Pretty easy this week, pending Peatling.
Outs
Burgess - Delivery was poor most of the day but even when it wasn't, Chris was. I felt for him, it was his one chance but he tightened up so badly.
Jones - 5 weeks as sub ?? Can't be easy. I spoke to a current player today and he said most players would've kicked up a fuss. Chayce doesnt. But its time to move on, and I hate saying it.
Murray - In a big final you cant have your 2 key defenders as ticking time bombs defensively. Keane offers more good than bad though.
Peatling - Assuming he's injured.
Ins
Tex - Self explanatory. The only good thing about today was that we didnt take him.
Dowling - You cant ignore a 40 and 2 game. You just cant.... or you shouldn't.
Butts - We lose a bit on offence, but we gain a solid defensive presence and a guy who knows his limitations.
Smith - in the event Peatling is managed, Smith takes the vest. Being realistic here rather than what id like to see, but we might see Crouch.
We should have known that well before today. Those calling for his inclusion can't have seen much of him. Doesn't create, doesn't chase, doesn't tackle.Burgess worthwhile on the list? He clearly showed today he isn’t an AFL footballer
No doubt they wanted to play Toby Murray in a game like today but his injury has meant they’re taking it easy with him (he’s been on the emergency list already earlier this season). Burgess was our best KPF at sanfl level and was only needed for this week, the selection made sense. His marking was good but gee he froze in front of the big sticks, have to find someone else for this depth role next year.We should have known that well before today. Those calling for his inclusion can't have seen much of him. Doesn't create, doesn't chase, doesn't tackle.
