You just might. I’ll definitely be there. I’ll be turning 50 just under a week before Grand Final day, so I’ll be celebrating by gifting myself a Grand Final package to make absolutely sure I can be there, regardless of who’s playing.

I paid a fortune (mainly in flight tickets and accommodation rather than the tickets themselves though) to make 2018 happen and no regrets, but if I had missed out on a ticket I would’ve gone the package route in 2022 or 2023 (when I wouldn’t have had to worry about flights or accommodation), regardless of cost .
