In fairness to Darling I thought Kolodjashnij played a great game. I thought it good that darling kept at it and made some big moments go his way.

Squiggle tips Demons at 77% chance -- What's your tip? -- Team line-ups »
It was a truly disgraceful decision. The goal umpire called a goal, it was a goal (as it was touched before Masten kicked it quite clearly), and yet they overruled the goal umpire incorrectly. It changed the momentum of the game (or at least kept Geelong's momentum going). Has the AFL commented on it yet and said it was a terrible decision? It's like the DRS in cricket, should only be overruled if it is clear that the decision was incorrect.its so bizarre as the call was a goal so it needed to be clear that it was touched and you can't get that from that.
So its like they just took the least damaging option of a point in a crucial stage.

The problem is that his misses are usually at critical spots on the field one on one with a dangerous small forward.
You ideally want ultra consistent, disciplined guys like N Jetta/N Smith to play that role.
I still think he looks better in a pack rather than one out in space guarding a small forward
Really pleased and a little surprised that both Rioli and Ryan look pretty comfortable when they find themselves in the middle or deep down the wing.
He said with Duggan a late out, it affected their shuffle a bit, was forced to put Yeo back in his old spot, said he could've swung him to the mid a bit earlier perhaps. Also said Duggan plays a really important role for us...Hutch is a mr. fixit comes in as required-horses for courses. But Yeo was a beast when he got wound up in last qtr. The tackling has improved this season, real intent.WHY OH WHY did Simmo insist on leaving Yeo back nearly the whole game! Even when we were getting flogged in the 3rd he was still left back.
Yes. It is "6unansweredgoals""Have the Cats got a safe word?!"
totally agree with this, almost like Yeo was stoked to be put in the middle and say to the coaches "check this out boys".I'm going to start with a negative:

Positives: As soon as Yeo was moved on ball it had an IMMEDIATE effect on momentum, morale and the energy of the play. Sure his effect was magnified by Geelong's depleted bench but I find it confusing that they would wait that long to put a player of his calibre on ball to help stem the tide.
Yeo and Shepherd helped win that last 10 mins in my opinion, watch it again and see Yeo all over it. Sure the goal kickers did their part but they were riding the wave that the re-energised engine room was providing.

should be a big message our coaches better not ignore
