I'd rather invest in Pedlar if they are the choices, but there's also Dowling who's in better form than both.I’m assuming he’s playing half forward, it seems a shocking position to play anywhere let alone sanfl, pedlar struggling too.

Contrary to some who see Dowling as a big bodied inside leaning mid I see his best role wing/half forward where he can use his endurance ..even a Tom Lynch like connector.I'd rather invest in Pedlar if they are the choices, but there's also Dowling who's in better form than both.
Walker unavailable? Why being tested? He's playing well and doesn't seem to need a rest. With Fog possibly out Walker plays and Fog is replaced by Curtin.
They’re not resting Tex with Fog outOur forwards:
TT, ANB, Keys, Curtin, Taylor
Forwards unavailable:
Rachele, FOG, Walker, T Murray.
Options remaining:
Murphy, Cook, Burgess, Welsh, Pedlar.
Murphy shouldn't play AFL ever again. Burgess isnt - nor will he be AFL Level. Welsh aint nearly ready.
For me - that leaves it between Pedlar and Cook. I think Cook can turn a game. Both Pedlar and Cook are likely to have 10 disposals and 1 goal, but I think at Subiaco I would prefer Cook.

Depending on the weather conditions there's even a slight chance Chris Burgess might get a last hurrah game IMO.They’re not resting Tex with Fog out
If he can take the hits physically at training this week there will be no reason not to play him, flying will have nothing to do with itI would be very surprised if Rachele is medically cleared to play given the game is away in Perth with about 3.5hr travel time after recovering from broken ribs, especially when you consider we have two back to back games at AO after this.

Nah, we are so much better up forward with him in it and this is a huge game.100%.
I would still rest him though. Would prefer to be over cautious.
I think Draper out is a good idea. We've got a decent number of options who can play his role and I'd be happy for him to play a SANFL game or two. I assume Rachele is not playing too, so that means:
Out: Fogarty (injured), Draper (managed)
Ins will be Peatling and someone to play up forward. Pedlar? Would be huge if Rachele gets up.
We'll always be able to find a reason not to rest him
Monday apparentlyRachele hasn't joined in any contact work yet
Think he's still a little way off
Delisted: Nank.
Ok not delisted but he better show up next week.
My biggest concern with Nank right now are his floater up-and-under kicks, which I never really noticed last year. Hopefully he overcomes them soon.I'm happy with how much ball Nank is getting. He takes it on. Maybe he is trying to hard too keep his spot. Persist.
No ice on Fogarty's shoulder after the game and he didn't look to have much issue joining in the circle for the song, shoulders up and everything
Reckon he's a chance to play next week
I don't think there's any need for Draper to play SANFL. If he's gassed give him a week or 2 off.
Broken ribs take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to heal and flying can be very painful as the ribs are not easily supported. If he can take the hits physically at training this week there will be no reason not to play him, flying will have nothing to do with it
