We can dream. None of our senior players would do that.

You mean shit on a happy clapper post criticising those who aren’t sold by our ladder position.
Pies lost the first game and have had impressive wins since.
Lions have cruised through and have one poor loss.
Let’s not be deluded into comparing us against them.
There are 6 teams on the same points as us, I wouldn’t be celebrating too much about our ladder position just yet.

Could look v positive or v negative after next 2 weeks , win this week and things actually start to look ok with some easier games coming
Lose and it’s a bit of a stench
Nicks - can I interest you in a Borlase!!!!Butts just has to come in for McKay.
Keane to Curnow & Woz 3rd man up.
Curnow is going to kick 10.Butts just has to come in for McKay.

Depends whether umpires are on...Curnow is going to kick 10.
Get your bucket ready...If Murphy, Sholl or Smith get selected this week I think I will be actually be physically sick.![]()

Only really the 5th on the ladder component. There’s 6 teams on 4 wins and over 2/3s of the season still to be played. It’s doc john style analysis.
I was suspicious about this since the original vague diagnosis of jarred knee. The doctors have something to answer for here. Clearly, without intervention, this is going to drag on forever.Ohhhh dear.
The bloke cant take a trick.
Yeah you’re right, you weren’t “5th best team”.I don't think I was celebrating anything.
Just stated the fact - that after 7 rounds we are currently 5th on the ladder. Its a pretty negative vibe for a team that is currently sitting 5th out of 18 teams.
Yes we do pick up shit posts pretty quickly, thanks for the compliment. There isn't any analysis. Its you just getting worked up.
I never said we would finish 5th -lots of football to be played.
Just think it's all very Debbie downer for a team that is 5th on the ladder. And of course its you and George that are the quickest to jump on any post suggesting things may not be as doom and gloom as you comment on constantly.
"we are the 5th best team in the AFL". Just to reiterate, this is the statement that is patently absurd. Where teams are on the ladder after 7 rounds of the season does not determine what number best team they are. That is not reality, it's absolute fantasy. And you know that.
And lost 3 from 4 after beating up on shit teams.Absolutely agree. Just very doom and gloom for a side that has won 4 out of 7 and is 5th on the ladder.
Yes we do pick up shit posts pretty quickly, thanks for the compliment.
“5th best team” lol
I don't think that's quite right.I was suspicious about this since the original vague diagnosis of jarred knee. The doctors have something to answer for here. Clearly, without intervention, this is going to drag on forever.
Does he though, the undersized, slower Borlase has been preferred in the past surprisingly to me anyhow.Butts just has to come in for McKay.
Keane to Curnow & Woz 3rd man up.
Depends whether umpires are on...
What is the record for free kicks against? unstoppable force meets immovable objectDepends whether umpires are on...
It’s a stupid metric to be relying on after round 7, besides hanging your hat on 5th ignores we’ve won as many games as 10th, lost 3 from our last 4, beaten up on 3 shit teams which boosted our percentage. Lost a home game. Won 1 from 3 away games. Had our midfield smashed 2 out of 3 games. Had ROB smashed 2 out of 3 games. Been one of the few teams to have played with a very healthy best 23. Nicks. On the only metric that counts - we are currently the 5th best team in the AFL.
Do you not look at the ladder?
I am yet to watch a SANFL match live.Nicks - can I interest you in a Borlase!!!!
Is it his average of 1 clearance a game that gave you that idea? One of Rash’s biggest flaws is he gets lost and confused in crowded packs. Excellent in space, would consider clearing out the forward line for him at times when we need a change up.Give rash a go in the guts - he is a clearance beast , play Peatling full time mid - why he chose us , ensure draper is a starting 22 and then make him the sub when he cooks himself - rather than the other way, give Oscar Ryan a go at half back, give CEdwards a go, bring pedlar in for the rash role with some cba’s, not shut down forward, see if Zac Taylor can make it as a mid not as a defensive forward, is nank a winger or better setting up play across half back, Bring in bond, don’t care if it’s to lock down oppositions best forward and release michelanny or on oppositions mid who is getting off the chain.
Milera and laird gave us no run or overlap last wknd, crouch injured, hinge suspended.
Move Dawson to half back
Tell Curtin to attack the ball and jump at it to mark at the highest point or at worst bring it to ground
Give filthy more ruck time
Give sanfl players a go when they are in form in the 2s
Make the tough decisions - coaches aren’t there to be mates with the players
