e.g Current Richmond players reaching > 10 years playing in 2028, are Brennan, Hicks, Hosking, Brazzale and Shevlin. (5)

Then Miller, Egan, Dempsey, Lynch, and Seymour are 10 years Richmond players 8 years at AFLW + 2 years having played in our inaugural VFLW team in 2018. (5)

Also Tessa Lavey will be 35 in 2028. So in 3 - 4 years time how many of these 11 players will still be playing, or playing but past their best years.

Most of those players are multiple club players. If we are basing list management on who is going to be with us for 7-10 years we are talking about a very very small number of players.
