Then you have to factor in the home crowd advantage, Port's inferiority complex being activated and the Crows being absolutely hopeless every time we look like favourites. I'm not comfortable at all.
I feel same. Nervous. :grimacing:

This is a game we should win.
PA have several OUTs and not much coming IN.
Rookie ruckman.

It depends which Crows side shows up tomorrow night --- Heckle or Jeckle (Carlton-crushing Dr. Jekyll, or the evil, wasteful Mr. Hyde)?

So if Ratugolea goes to Thilthorpe and Bergman goes to Fogarty, that would leave Alir of Tex (who would be licking his lips surely when he trots out and sees Alir coming to him).......if we can't make Port pay when we go inside 50, its on us, We have the firepower to blow them away if we can match their intensity on the night

Those are all awful matchups for Port.

Ratugolea on Filthy? lols

What do people think of the management of Sanders last year by the Dogs? High draft pick mid in a mid-table side, 14 games, 9 full games and 5 with some sort of sub role, 28% CBAs. Has played every game so far in his second year. This time last year he was in the VFL after he'd played 6 games to start the season (3 full games, 2 subbed off, one as sub). Came back in round 11 as the sub and had a run of 8 games from there.

Was that a normal intro to the game for a high end draft pick? Terrible mismanagement? Malpractice? Has it held him back this year?

Personally I'd have no issue if Draper took a similar trajectory. I think it would be bad for him to spend half the season in the SANFL from here. Don't have an issue if he's in and out a bit as long as he's getting regular AFL exposure.

Even if fit, I don’t think anyone expected Draper to play all 23 games this season

Not too concerned for now. If it gets to a month or more out of the side, I’ll start to be dubious

I think the management of Sanders by our Mods last year was disgraceful, our Board is a lot more interesting with Sanders insights.

They should put Burton on Tex. He's beaten him before by running off him.
They'll probably try that, but if the quality of the delivery is there it won't matter.

Wouldn't be surprised if ANB goes to Burton or Farrell. Our forwardline just looks too dangerous for them all to handle. Someone will get off the change.

That has the potential to get ugly for them. Then keays to Rozee and good luck jones and burgoyne trying to contain rachele and rankine when he rolls through there
Keays/ANB to Rozee definitely has to be an all night job.

Bergman will take Tex. he’s done so before. Thilthorpe will get Rat lol. Allir to Fog
Allir will not be able stop Fog if he plays as the deepest forward. Way too strong.

Aliir strength is intercept marking, which we can negate if Fog takes him to the goal square.

And then no doubt we will roll Dawson through there too and whohave they got that can go with him aerially. As i say, if we match their intensity and match them through the midfield, we should win this comfortably

I reckon they might try and get ANB on Rozee if he plays back

Caveat: our blokes should not get sucked in by their play-the-man bullshit.
They will try it on.

If the Crows start well and keep their composure they should win by 5+ goals.

the problem with play the man is you need men all over the field capable of it and generally against kids it would work. For the first time in years we can easily go in to this match as raging favourites. I know showdowns can be close at times but Port have issues and the side with genuine issues tends to lose.
