After such a fantastic night last night, this morning has brought me straight back down again, as I openned my eyes, I discovered I have vomitted throughout the night while I was asleep. I cannot recall at all once feeling sick, which makes it just as frustrating.

The fact this is the second time that I've been motionless and spewing my guts up, and feeling like absolute crap, things must change.

I'm swearing off booze for a undesignated amount of time for a bit I think.

Yeah, thats the frustrating thing about it. I was bloody happy as, but as soon as I walk in, set up my computer, BAM, passed out..... when I vomited, no idea.

Just thinking about the fact I woke up in it, scares me. I could of drowned in it. Scary shit that I do NOT want to go through again. So no more booze for me. Hell, might improve my training
