How did your nurses get such a large gap over the sisters?

They left the sand dune at the same time, did they really just smash every other challenge to create a gap larger than 2 hours on them?

That was hillarious. The guy in the team was so arrogant, and yet he made a rookie mistake in the final leg by not paying his taxi driver extra to stay during a task they were doing.

I kinda liked him tho- he was hilarious and kept it real. Even with the arrogance.

They had the cabbie go off road. But I thought the sisters saw the nurses coming out of dance

the thing was it was actually kinda understandable since the taxi driver wanted like $200 or something totally ridiculous. :$

confused as to why they all started at the same time.. the last leg was built up that 3 teams finished first close together, then the gaycowboys and someone else finished together and team tiny was ages behind everyone else, yet at the start of the episode a crappy random digging for treasure *fest here they all are starting at the same time?

ridiculous. was it explained at all?

Maybe they're doing it to give some of the other teams a chance of winning, up until the last couple of episodes the footy guys had won every leg.

I think it has been quite clear from the start that this is a diet Amazing Race. Having all teams start at the same time, all on the same flight etc it is clearly done so channel 10 can save costs.

So ******* harsh. Cant believe they eliminated the girls due to a blind luck task of digging.
Bad luck with the "needle in a haystack" challenge, the second time they've been unlucky with these. Then the nurses got a taxi driver who went off-road and saved them 2 hours of sitting in traffic (based on the head start that the footballers had). The girls were eliminated despite performing flawlessly on the roadblock & detour challenges, where elements of skill were involved. They were eliminated due entirely to events outside of their control.

Contrast that with the f*wits who won, despite being the only team to have to repeat both detour & roadblock challenges and being given "pity passes" on both. This was a leg where the worst team won, purely and simply because they were incredibly lucky with the "needle in a haystack" challenge.

Their driver went cross country to avoid the Putin traffic jam. They estimated that it saved them 40-45 minutes. I estimate it saved them closer to 1 hour 45 minutes.

The traffic appeared to get worse as the day got longer, so the girls would have faced the worst traffic getting to the pit stop as well.
