Hate to be 'that' supporter, especially because of how much I love the squiggle... but I feel the squiggle is under-rating North at the moment when it comes to the ladder predictor.

I love how the squiggle has Essendon finishing last, yet Roby's "Power Rankings" inexplicably has Essendon in 1st place. o_O
In Roby's defence, that's under the assumption all 12 suspended players were available, ONTOP of the top up players.
His tips which take away the 12 suspended players does have them getting the spoon

Eww, I feel dirty.

Eww, I feel dirty.

Plus former retired starts.

I'll concede that the Essendon team of the century would probably be on the top of my power rankings too

Oh damn...what happened to WCE's squiggle?

We're performing more or less how the squiggle expects us to. Just gone back a little defensively which is unsurprising given the somewhat higher scoring this year.

It would be nice to do some positive squiggling but looking at this weeks squiggle tips it is hard to see us doing much.

The Round 1 win over Adelaide looks a little underrated in retrospect, but since then, North have had Brisbane, Melbourne, Fremantle and Gold Coast -- none of which they've obliterated, and all of which are rated below average.

So they're in a good spot, but they need to hand out a real belting to those kinds of sides, or keep them to a very low score, to get a lot of squiggle movement.

The Roos' fixture is very patchy. They have St Kilda, Essendon and Carlton in the next 4 weeks, so should be looking great by Round 10. But then it's Sydney (away), Richmond, Geelong, Hawthorn, Adelaide (away), bye and West Coast (away) -- 7 weeks where wins will be hard to find. Well except for Richmond.

Where do you find Roby's power rankings?
Save yourself some time - you are better off looking at squiggle a 2nd time as roby is purely trolling.

Yes, but it was quite entertaining.
I liken roby to the footy show - was entertaining for the 1st year or so... Then just becomes more of the same. ;)

Each to their own... But I digress, as squiggle is the bomb!

Like most people on this thread, I start each day by consulting the squiggle, and consult it again before any important life decisions. Nonetheless, I still still love the weekly update. Keep 'em coming Final Siren!

I make all my life decisions based on squiggle.

I just had "improve our team defence" for dinner

Final Siren would be interesting to see a squiggle with only the interstate teams - with a 'home' squiggle that only includes their home games and 'away' squiggle that only includes their away games. Would be interesting to see how far apart each team is and where they sit on the squiggle in relation to each other.
