Most legal definitions are 18 ( but I hear they are investigating a player who said something when he was 15 - I mean for fu**s sake). There’s further studies around cognitive development not reaching its full capacity by the mid late 20’s and who knows what other psycho social factors have played a role for the individual. It’s far to easy to demonise ones choices and behaviours with no regard to the culmination of factors that has led to the point in question.At what age do you think people should be made responsible for the things that they've said?
