thats what gives me the SH!T5 with the tigers. How the eff can you not be switched on for a game that has been built up like a Grand Final for 5 months. Its got nothing to do with switched on, it has to do with the fact the tigers are skillfully the worst side that attempts to play this possesion game, and when they try to enforce a zone are too lazy and undisciplined.
Richmond is a professional club, just like all other AFL clubs.
Skills were shocking last night, no doubt, but to suggest they are always terrible is just a shit generalization.
The boys turned up last night and expected to win, thats it. They were not mentally switched on, and you could tell, because along with the skills, other important factors like mental awareness were just gone.
Troy Simmonds was the worst culprit, but there were alot of criminals who should also seriously consider what they plan on achieving this year.
If anything, this should teach the boys something very important, that you simply cant rock up to a match and expect to win, because in the professional age of AFL, pure talent is not enough, you have to want it.
