Raines

Also with so many to return and Garlett and Robinson doing very well, we may even see Houlihan getting dropped. He looked better in the 2nd half but in the first he looked very slow and unaware.

Looks like ill keep raines. have suban and schoenmakers, on the bench and both play this week. But Schoee probably will miss out when the full hawks team is on the field, so that was a pritty poor pick if i say so myself. Suban has a chance of staying in the team but hopefully can do a biggy. i also have Hilly starting!

Sshh, his 20s look good from where I am heading. :p

Talk it up STORMER, i know you, come end of round 1 you'll have 1900-2000 pts being the dream team gun you are:rolleyes:

Dont pretend to be 1 of us DT noobs just to make friends, go and play with yr EDT mates LMAO.....

whoever was picking based on durability was a very good strategy. Why didnt i do it when i talked about it for months, about an increase in injury and durable sides would be the way to go.

These aren't lack of durability injuries RT. Raines' injury is different to his prevous injury and before that he'd played 2 full seasons in a row. As far as i'm aware Anthony had NEVER missed an AFL game through injury. If you pick Chapman (AKA the "bald c*nt", as opposed to Laidley who isn't bald) or Cousins and they do a hammy or drummond and he does anything then you can say "oops i screwed up there didn't i", should have picked Mundy, Shane Tuck and Deledio. Instead you can only blame the DT Gods, who still don't like you for having 273 different teams last year.

No chance, his kick and poise are exceptional - very valuable to a team.

EDIT: Love the sig Juddy88 :D :D Im after a new one myself...

Great start to the year...Raines and Anthony.

I knew i was taking a risk leaving my depth as rookies...but i didnt anticipate 2 big injuries to players i was going to put in my starting 22 before the 2nd game.
Snap bud.
I might downgrade Rance to Hill..
Might stick with Anthony atm.

i knew having about 40k left over would come in handy, its not much, but if petterd plays well, gets about 80, im putting him in for Raines, yes, thats how desperate i am...

Exactly my thoughts too. Ive got hill, but now he's on for raines, then ive got beams and anthony (ouch!), and walker and brown (not best cash cows really, but solid and best chances for game time). So unless jacobs can average 50 for the first 6-8 rounds, i think i might have to swap anthony/beams to robinson...

There are simply no options around his price for me, but if he is out for 4+ I don't want to rely on Hill playing well all the time.

No trades this week, but if after Round 2 there's a bolter, I'll jump on.

What does everyone think about Surjan, would he be a decent trade for Raines?
Killer pre-season and averaged over 70 points according to champion data dream team stats. He's our number one small defender, of which Matty Primus has publicly declared.

I think he is set for a great season.
