Not really that weird given they have been sitting around all series on the planet.

More like a parasite that sits around until it can be gestated in some warm host.

Also seems the planet has some devolving thing going on and the creatures are most likely humanoids devolving.

I liked the series but I reckon it lost its way in the last few episodes. Got very weird with a lot of questions.

I thought the last episode s**t the bed. Explaining unbelieveable scenes or plot holes away with magic or supernatural weirdness doesn't really cut it for me.
Really enjoyed the frist half of the season though.

Agree with the last two posts. Snake and flying through the hottest part of any world were both woah moments. The arrival of the others at the end offers a glimmer hope.

Started off well, got very silly at the end, season 2 would want to start strong for me.

A reasonable premise let down by some real b-grade schlock especially in the last few episodes.
Interesting to read that Ridley Scott has avoided reviews since Blade Runner.

Hopefully they can pick up the quality in season 2.

Agree with the above, cracking first half to the season then was repetitive and B grade at times by the end. Has plenty of potential still.

Watched the first 2 eps last night and thought they were OK.

Binged all of Season 2 in the past few days and it's a head spin.

I ended up having to use subtitles to understand the sci fi mumbo jumbo mumbling.
