The fact that Buddy Franklin didn't even get a sanction is bizarre, not only that but his dive resulted in a goal. Absolute clear as day dive with zero contact, should have copped a fine, blokes the most protected species of all time now

Kennedy a close second. I take it you won't be averse to him being sanctioned for flopping every time he runs under the ball?

Not sure what you're point is... Why would anyone want one of their own players to flop? Annoying thing is every tall forward does it. Rewoilt is terrible for it. When you get one you'll have the same frustrations.

Tigers fans seem to have a different attitude towards this compared to their attitude towards Adam Goodes diving (which was actually more arguable).

It was more Goodes' sniping and chronic whinging that rankled.
Nice history rewriting. Goodes was slammed by Tigers fans for "diving". Besides:

Threads like this give me a laugh.....yeah Rance puts it on sometimes but he's not the lone ranger. Nothing makes me happier than oppo fans sooking. Love it. Wanna see some acting, check this out for a laugh.......

Nothing to see there, the overwhelming power of Bud just couldn't be contained by even Rance's body, he tried resisting for as long as he could but all that force was sent upwards and had to be released - magnified by the smaller mass moving.

Buddy is lucky Rance's head didn't come clean off with a push like that.

He got out baited. Punched him in the throat eventually. Gave away a goal. Probably should get a week.
The issue is that plenty of people will doubt Lance made contact with his throat on account of his acting up with contact other times, the camera angle side on was blocked by someone standing in the way from memory.

It wouldn't sound out of the question for Rance to have been hit in the collarbone and acted like he got hit in the voice box because he realised he was about to give away a fifty for having his elbow on Franklin's neck.

It's clearly a punch in the throat. Borderline whether the force is enough for a suspension. But there's certainly some force behind it.
