So that's a vote for Florence from you then Dean?

Sydney came in at no. 19.

The settlement on the Yarra got an 'I participated in the best city in the world competition' certificate.

Suppose it depends on whether you are looking at best city based on tourist experience or best city based on, well actually living there...

You are using an opinion piece that rates Adelaide in the top 5 - you might want to recalibrate your reference point.
Its based on the Economist Intelligence Unit, here is a link although its only from last year, couldn't find this year although Melbourne have come out on top 4 years in a row so I figure status quo would remain for 2015... Perth came in no.9 which is pretty good!

Only a Richmond supporter will say that ;)

Sorry couldn't help myself

Jesus Florence is overrated. I get that it's a centrepiece of European culture etc etc, but it's basically just a gigantic outdoor museum. Americans go nuts over it for some reason.

It's pretty stunning, Clay. Also has great food and is full of incredibly hospitable Italians. Can't go wrong really.
