I loved them growing up as they weren't sweetened like the majority of the other iced coffees available on the market. Coffee is meant to be bitter.

Plus from a design/branding perspective they've done a great job with the new/old packaging and resurrecting the old coffee chill ad with all the baristas and that damn song

I'm fit and slim, but I would like to cut down my calorie intake, without having too few - while upping my HIIT

From experience (not a pt but have exercised for 3 years now nonstop) my top three tips would be

Cutting down on alcohol and/or empty calories (I know that's hard for some people but if you really can't resist try pure alcohol without any mixers)

Trying intermittent fasting using the 18:6 where you feed during a 6 hour window and fast for the rest of the 18. Or just jumping on a caloric deficit where you burn more than you consume helps.

HITT is the best for this type of thing as it makes you work at a high pace for a certain amount of time.

All hope seemed lost when we needed 33 off 14 when I said to Sparkle: "As a Collingwood supporter you learn a lot that it's never over until it's over."
The remaining overs felt like there were 80K people there (rather than the 15K that turned up).
The rest will be history...

I didn't get a chance to say it on the night amongst the continuos "LETS GO RENEGADES LETS GO " but it was one of the best atmospheres I've ever felt at anything (including the rep Tour). Everyone going nuts to support the team, and that feeling when the winning runs were hit was sensational. I've watched back my video at least five times since then

Stars fans have quickly forgotten about the ICC's 'Poor' ratings of the MCG pitch, haven't they? Along with the fact we won the hosting rights. And the pitch at Marvel was fantastic on Friday night.

Please explain the logic of letting the team who finished lower host the Final? You guys finished 4th and we finished 2nd, there should be absolutely no debate around who gets to host the game.

Lol'd at Eddie McGuire kicking a shit storm over this. I have no idea why it even matters, this game won't even sell out.

At least now I can sympathise with non-Pies supporters.
