Guys, I'm trying to transfer a layer from one template to the other. I have no idea how to do this.

Also does anyone know where I can get the GC Suns wave for PS.

Right click the layer, and press Duplicate.

And it should be in the template already...

No i'm trying to get it from one template to a different template. If I duplicate the layer it just makes two of the same layer on the template.
