Yeh, his ankle/lower leg looked like it bent 90 degrees+.

Definitely more than 90 degreed, the outside of his foot just about touched the same side of his calf. It was an absolutely shocking injury.

My English teacher wants me to represent my school in a young sports journalism group which goes to the London Olympics and interviews the athletes!

Also going to the footy tomorrow... alone... still pumped though!
