Just quickly, what has happened to ACCFL?

That Suns jumper is basically a blue version of their current home jumper, and blue is a GC Suns colour. It looks at least 100x better than any of our current three jumpers. It's still a fairly simple design and doesn't have a giant paddle-pop Sun on it.

The Paddle Pop Lion isn't that f**king bad!

Seriously a bit of an overreaction though. Silent Alarm has always been quick to give his opinion on things and is often brutally honest. Sometimes people take offense but most of the time it's a good conversation/discussion starter. In my personal opinion, a lot of people on here are too sensitive to criticism and when someone like SA offers their opinion, offense is taken. Having said that, personal attacks or immature bitching is pretty juvenile.

Everyone needs to be a little less sensitive in my opinion.

Now back on topic me thinks.

Rangers now isn't the same club as the one in April and they still count their 54 league titles. St George Illawarra isn't legally the same club as St George but their fans still count St George Illawarra premierships. I will continue to count Fitzroy.

Not to escalate this argument (as I really don't care that much), but to clarify the above:

Rangers is the same club that won the 54 league titles, only the company that owns the club changed.

St George-Illawarra are a new club, but only St George fans count the premierships, the Illawarra side of the team don't adopt those premierships and definately don't recognise them, and if you check the official records on NRL.com you will see the club only has 1 premiership.

So in this case, Brisbane in their current state only have 3 premierships, Fitzroy owns the rest. It is exactly the same as St George-Illawarra.

It is fine to recognise them, I have no issue with that as you are free to, but to count them as earned by the same club is incorrect.

As long as Sydney fans count Sth Melbourne, Vic teams count VFL and Port count SANFL, that is exactly what I will do.

However if they don't, then I won't count the Roys flags. If I am comparing with GC, GWS, Adelaide, Freo or West Coast, I won't count the Roys flags.

I can only speak for myself and those I know but,

I am a Swans fan and I only count 2 premierships, and I don't know any Swans supporters (in Sydney) who do.

I am also a Wests Tigers fan who only counts the 1 premiership, but I (Actually neither people in my immediate family {I was a Magpies supporter, Mum was a Tigers supporter}) and just about all Wests Tigers fans (especially the ones I know don't count the Western Suburbs Magpies 4 premierships, nor the Balmain Tigers 11.

So, how bout them 2013 Jumper ideas

Well there is a history there, Adidas were kit manufacturers for arsenal between 1986 and 1994 (and all home shirts had white sleeves). Perhaps a change is in order, but I can't see Nike going down without a fight.
