My goals for this summer (my summer starts on the 7th of November because that's the day after my final exam):

-> Seek and get full-time employment.
-> Work on real life social skills and mend a few friendships along the way.
-> Learn to use Adobe Illustrator proficiently.
-> Be more active (I seriously spend less than 10 minutes per day exercising. I'm too skinny and I puff out too quickly)

I haven't followed the NRL in forever, but do New Zealand still have a team? Seems like a bit of slap in the face otherwise.

Make sure I am not hated by anyone :D
**** that. Be yourself and if people hate it, **** them. Embrace individuality.

Trust me, it isn't as bad as you think.
Yes and no. That's what everybody told me. It was much harder than I thought because I chose stupid subjects. But I think that I would have done much better this year if I had shook off that deadly habit of procrastination. For example, I have three exams in the next three days and I haven't studied for any of them.

Had the same thought. Not just that, there are plenty of NZ players scattered throughout the league in Aus teams. I guess it has the southern cross on there?

Actually, the opposite I chose the most difficult subjects. I chose to do Spanish, which while I'm fluent in, I have spent hours and hours and hours and hours of my time this year improving myself to get the best grade possible, and this takes a lot of time out of other subjects. I chose the top level of English, and while the work itself isn't difficult, it takes a lot of time to read 5 books per term, critically analyse them, write god knows how many essays, etc, etc, etc, and although doing essays gets easier over time, it also gets harder because it becomes so boring. I chose the top level of maths, and I suck at maths. I'm getting like 75%, which is shit for me. In SA/NT there is a compulsory research project to do as well. I did mine on the historical relationships between the cuisines of the autonomous communities of spain lol.

Additionally, I studied chemical engineering at University. I ****ing hate it. I'm dropping it. I'm not bad at it, I just hate it. Hate it so much. I never want to discuss it again in my life.

It's been a tough year.

It'll be fine if you choose relatively easy subjects, ones you're good at and/or ones you enjoy.

What state do you live in? In Vic, there's only one level of English and everyone does it.

Year 12 is easy as compared to year 11, (and uni) all you have to do is not procrastinate and you'll be set. At the start of year 12 I was procrastinating and finishing assignments at 3 o clock in the morning the day they were due.But as soon as I got my ass into gear the year flew by.
