But so far these responses have been disappointing. I was expecting tears and offended from lmach, not West_Coast_Eagles. I guess that lmach already had his big cry and got to vent out his offended.

To be fair it's no fault of Brisbane that the other Queensland clubs were completely inept.

I'd love to see Gold Coast United and North Queensland Fury return to the A-League. Those derbies were great fun.

Also I believed we should have been Brisbane Roar from Day 1. I hope the name never reverts back to Queensland Roar.

It was the first jersey in australia to be created for a sponsor.
A company called streets brang out a new ice cream called the rainbow paddlepop in 1988 brisbane lions wore a sponsored jersey to promote it!!
