80%? Im dying to know where you get ur figures from?

Its all speculation at this state mate. I can say hes signing for western force next year its all just rumors.
I get my figures from Sharrod.
I just don't know why else he would leave Hawthorn. They get big crowds, have a very good list, and he's pretty fond of the Melbourne lifestyle. Honestly, homesickness has never been seriously reported before. Returning to Perth is probably just a small part of his decision. I think he just realises professional footy is a short career, and that you might as well get as much money out of it while you can. Gary Ablett has done it all and that's why he left as well.

Money is the absolute deciding factor – even if he stays at the Hawks, it'll be because he's scrounged a better deal from them. If he was intent on making life easy for Hawthorn, he'd be signed, sealed, and delivered (unlike the infamous third strike paperwork...)

As we know afl players need 3rd party deals approved. Sohe can go wherever he want it will still need to be approved by the afl.
Strictly speaking. But the AFL have a drug policy that is bigger than the law and works to protect the league's image. There are third party deals all over the AFL. They'll approve whatever suits them best. I don't think they have a preference between Fremantle or Hawthorn. But even if they wanted to investigate something, it's impossible to say "Freo got you a job at Woodside." Unless it's stipulated in the contract – which it won't be – the inevitable third party agreements will be a nudge and wink from Freo, a bit of a "yeah, so maybe these guys over here might have a job for ya..."

If Hawthorn have to offer Buddy a large and juicy contract in order for him to stay, then it'd be better for them if he were to move to another club - they'd get cap space (which they can use to lure one or two players externally or just to keep their own stars) plus a very generous compensation pick from the AFL.

Lentil as anything... Wow what a expirience. You pay what you feel your meal was worth.

Theres not set prices, take what you want & pay $1 or $100.

Hippies probably trying to parade how chill and supportive they are of new ideas and small business – only for them to eat the most and pay the least.

And how was my previous comment off-topic? It was a joke. But your dismissive, cooler-than-thou comment of "yeah" – which was intended to condescend me. Which is kind of funny considering...
