Wet the area where the signatures are. Apply hairspray (non-oily) to a paper towel and then sort of dab away at it. I'm not even kidding, it works. Alternatively, try alcohol. And be sure to wash it directly afterwards.

I was actually concidering taking it off one of my PI's. I'm not a big fan of signatures.
