and I don't remember anyone 'loathing' him...
Nah I never loathed him as such, I don't think anyone did. We all admired the amount of work we did, but a lot of us were annoyed with him spamming all the threads and some people didn't seem to agree with a 9/10 year old being on a forum. Which is fair enough.

Not to mention GG taking the piss with iceblocks.....

Just spent the last hour at the dentist. Funny how I refuse to have the injections beforehand for fissure seals because I'm petrified of needles, and then I really couldn't care less about a procedure that is far from painless and being able to feel every bit of it.

Ahh OK. I'm admin on another forum, so I know the type. Though not THAT young... makes me feel ancient haha!

Boom-boom! I'm allowed to laugh at Tassie jokes, I was born in Burnie. :)

Missed Sid Vicious' hat-trick today, but followed it online religiously while at work! Pity I have to go go-karting tomorrow arvo, I'd rather stay at work and follow the cricket! :D

With Tim Paine, George Bailey and Brett Geeves all having played or capable of playing international cricket, Tassie is in very good shape :)

U2 360 degree tour, in the words of Paul Whitehouse, "Brilliant".

God it was loud. I mean I live in Highbury, which is about 6km away and could hear the noise from my room on Thursday night, and people further away are claiming to have heard it. It came and went, probably because it was being carried by a strong wind. Last night though, came back with my ears practically blown out. Didn't think I'd enjoy Jay-Z either, but he was actually pretty good. Nice touch during One Tree Hill with a dedication to the miners as well. One bad thing was Penrose is a fecking dump, and getting there on Buses from Esmonde Station is a bloody nightmare, and getting back, with only one way out and 50,000 people scrambling for buses and trains was even bloody worse.

100 dollars well spent though.

A sombre mood present in all the country tbh. Had at least 5 pages dedicated in the papers during, and 20 minutes during the news. Can't stand TVNZ and their filming of grieving families though. Totally disrespectful.

Just a suggestion for whoever runs BF, can you make a way that you can post pictures straight from your desktop onto bigfooty, it would make things so much quicker and easier.

Been suggested before and I don't think it's likely to happen in the future. Too intensive on the servers especially if BF were to host all the images themselves.

Gawwd. 26 yesterday in Birkenhead and now it's 27 degrees outside. And it's meant to be one of the hottest summers ever. And considering when it was 32.4 (airport) and 34 (Birkenhead) in 2009 I just didn't get out of the pool for 2 hours.......Shouldn't have bought a house in the warm part of Auckland.

And yet here in Geelong it rains nearly every Saturday. First time in ages (and I think maybe forever) that only one two-dayer game has been completed before the summer break. Odd stuff.

Went out and bought an iPad today and as a man who loves his gadgets, it is absolutely amazing. Not just the gadget itself but how far technology has advanced in the last 10-20 years. If you are thinking of buying, do not hesitate.
