Eredivisie is cool to watch because the defending is mostly below par. Very nice attacking football played all round.This. Except my dad is not a Germanican.
The Bundesliga is the best competition to watch in the world. Dortmund are (rightfully) fawned over and this season they're languishing. If you took out Bayern Munich's money you'd have undisputedly the coolest league around. I really love the way teams don't attempt to play like Spain, Barca, or Arsenal. Tika-taka is so boring. There is skill required for a long ball that drops perfectly at the foot of a striker, or a through ball that skittles past defenders, draws out a keeper, and lets a forward finish-ala-Thierry Henry.
Saying that, I don't watch it enough to watch a single side enough so I don't have a team.
The other good league is the Eredivisie. Heaps of wing play and beautifully lofted balls, but the pedigree of players is obviously that nudge lower.
Still think the EPL is the best just because of the variety of players and the whole spectical of it.
