After many years of following the changes, I still can't figure out the cub and interchange rules . . . Can someone help?

3 players on the bench, 1 sub. Once someone is subbed off, they can't go back on, like soccer. Each team is allowed 120 interchanges per game.

I think a couple of teams came very close to it.
The interchange cap was new this season, and will get lower over the next few years. It will hopefully mean the end of the sub rule.

It's completely understandable that you can't remember the interchange rules, as they've been continuously changing them over the last few years.
