Just letting everyone know that I have put in a request to admin for some changes and additions to this board.

I plan on re-vamping and improving it, but it'll be a gradual process to muster on spare days I get.

What I've requested (if granted):
* Renaming the Board and board description, including the sub-board.
* Moving the current "pics and videos" board here, so it's a sub-board under us.
* Adding a few extra thread tags and making them mandatory to select one when creating a thread.

Outside of these requests, I will be cleaning up and streamlining things bit by bit.

Nice GG, will be neater and topics will have a clear meaning when seen on the first board. What are you planning to rename it to if granted?

If I get these things, and even if I don't, I would be interested in getting a co-mod to help mod this board. They'll have to be 18+ and be fairly regular here. I'd also want someone who is objective, down-to-earth, easy-going, so we work well together and the posters don't have differences between one mod and another. That's if admin even thinks a second mod here is justifiable.

I wouldn't tread on their toes, but it's always good to have some help, real life busier, modding multiple boards, etc.
 
If I was 18+ I'd be all for it. It's a bit disappointing when I conduct myself a lot better than a lot of 18+ trolls yet for some reason age is taken into account.

I really wish I could help out and put my hand up, something that I've been saying for over 12 months.
 
Yeah, I'd have to agree - it's good to have a second pair of hands, especially to pick up things the other may have missed.

Expect a parade of "ooh, me, me!" though. :p

I recommended you Gibbyspin initially and didnt realize you were <18 until I was told. Yeah, if certain people are more mature than their age, I don't see a problem, but it's an admin thing.

I'll just take it a step at a time with the requests, as admin moves at its own pace, and boards have to justify mods with increased traffic, or if a mod departs altogether a replacement can take time. So, yeah, lol, let's not have the "ooh me, pick me" thing. Step at a time.

I would have had no idea you were under 18, you're definitely one of the wiser heads around here.

Makes me feel even older!
