Relax guys, as I said, it really wasn't much more than a joke :p I would like to but I know it wouldn't be worth it and I wouldn't have the guts to do it :o

our year 12's had muck up day today and I had vinegar poured on me, silly string all over me and a cruiser tipped on my bag. that was about it though :thumbsu::thumbsu:

Geez, we were tame in comparison to these.

Apart from previous years, who were known to close off the teachers carpark and either park their own cars there or charge the teachers to park our school didn't do too much that was bad or over the top.

For my muck up day, we had two spray painted banners, one with a play on works for the school name that was hung out the front of the main office, and one with our grades motto (we came, we whinged, we annoyed) in latin (well internet translation, so probably incorrect) on the hall.

We also had the typical for sale signs on the school (tradition for most schools).

But our big thing was that we showed up early, before most people arrived, and removed all the chairs from the maths, english, history and humanities blocks (all were in one building) and turned over all the tables in those rooms.

Simple yet quite effective, until the principal, and her deputies told us very sternly (while trying not to laugh) to return all the chairs.

However the best one was the year before where there was a spate of gnomings in the weeks before the day.

When everyone showed up on the day, the school was full of garden gnomes. They were on buildings, duck taped to doors and just about every other place you could think. You could barely move a metre without seeing one.

I find the whole idea of muck up day to be cringe inducing. I say this as someone who had their's just two days ago. It's just not my scene at all.

Yeah, bad move by your school.

A teacher (who most hate) had his car somewhat damaged. A couple of girls put flour on the car. Then, proceeded to glad wrap all around the outside. People threw waterbombs full of piss on it as well... so the paint was fairly damaged, I assume. I guess he acted like a good guy and didn't ask for any cash retribution, or, to lay any possible charges.

I go to a public school, and in my town, there are two public highs, and two private schools. So the other school - North Albany (I go to regular Albany) - always try and damage our school. Which is absurd, because, how many seventeen year olds hold school spirit like that? Nobody would really care. North Albany has among the lowest attendance rates, lowest tertiary entrants, and lowest amount of regular year 12 students in the state... a basket case, truly.

Our muck up day got canned a few years ago because the principal got egged. Good memories of that though.

Bit unfair for the people who had nothing to do with it.

In my town we have 3 public high schools and 4 private ones. This year the private school from across the road, came in and put a massive penis in the main area where most of the school traffic is. But except from that year 12's were tame, even though I didn't see much of them due to me doing exams.

There was one good plan that didn't come to fruition though. They were going to drive a van up to some kid, drag him in and hold him in the back. Then they were to drive up a hill and let him out to continue walking to school. Then when he got close enough to school they would do it again. The principal didn't like this idea (understandable) and didn't allow them to do it.

A few years ago there was a bunch of year 12's that got together some pigs the day before muck up day. anyway on the side of each pig they wrote a number. there were 5 pigs in total. on the first pig the wrote 1,the second 2, the third 3, the fourth 4 and on the fifth pig they wrote number 6. so they set them free and the teachers eventually found pigs number 1,2,3,4 and 6. they then kept looking for pig number 5. they searched for the whole day and at the end of the day the year 12's were forced to come back to school to tell the teachers were the final pig was and they just laughed and told them there was no number 5!!! :D:D:D:D:D

GWS are now listed on the AFL website, with Gold Coast to their left and Hawthorn to their right.

The logo they've opted to use is completely orange, an orange version of the stylised G and simply the word GIANTS in bold orange text underneath.

Unlike most clubs, GWS don't have one specific logo, just the G used in many different forms, so I'm not entirely sure if this is the official version of the logo, I mean after all, the AFL website doesn't use Fremantle's official version of their logo...

I actually believe that the Dockers logo used on the AFL website is their official one, and the shield is for more corporate stuff. The non-shield logo was used in all the promotions for the new look last year.
