Haha, nah. My name's Liam and once I ordered something from a cafe and it came back with 'Leeham' on the top of the cup. It's pretty much caught on as a nickname since then.

Naming an account after a star footballer is a bit different to naming an account after the alias of some random bloke who posts on the same online forum as you. Would just be a really bizzare thing to do in my opinion

Can't wait for my exams to finish next week though. Last exam Thursday morning, then the 1st test starts that day, then party Friday night, party Saturday night and no school for over 2 months!!! :D

I still have 4 weeks of school for the year i think, if only i could finish so soon. Oh well at least us year 8s get to run the school for the last week :D
 
No one at my school even goes on the last week, well exept the day we go to Wet'n'Wild. All we do is watch movies and fill out work sheets. Got better stuff to do then that

2 days plus a week of exams ;) Then I'll pretty much be playing xbox, watching cricket and going to the beach whilst all you youngsters are still stuck at school :p

Reminds me of primary school ;) Haven't had anything like that for years. Exams are good though because you only have to go into school for about 2 hours every day and then you finish before everyone else too :)
Can't wait until this time next year though, schoolies and then 3 or 4 months of nothing before uni :)
 
Ahhh, schoolies.

At the end of school, me and a few of my friends went to the Gold coast for schoolies. I have no idea what happened there, but one of them returned with a broken jaw and nose, one of them came home without any money and a few good stories about prison (you get what I'm saying) and the other with an massive gash across his forehead.

And myself, I survived two days and then camped out at my grandparents until my flight home. Where will you be heading off to PAFC.

We have "Activities week" at my school for the last week, except, I don't know why they have "activities" in the name. All we do is prepare for week 9. I wish we could do the activities in Step Brothers and move everything out the way...

One good thing about our school is the year 10s having the last two weeks off of school and the year 9s being on camp on the last week so us year 8s on the bus get the year 12 seats on the bus. I've already shotgunned what seat I get back there haha.

Sounds eventful. I'll just be heading down to Victor Harbour, the main place in SA on the Fleurieu Peninsular. Usually things are kept pretty well controlled down there so I'm sure things will be fine. My brother went last year and had the time of his life without any problems (except forgetting his sleeping bag :p). Everything's well-organised and the cops are everywhere.

Haha, nah now that I think about my school was much the same in year 8 and 9 and I go to a private school. I just can't remember that well, it was 2 or 3 years ago :p

Likewise. That's one thing that my school does do pretty well, is camps. We actually have a really good outdoor ed program and in year 9 we got to leave the classrooms for 2 weeks to go to the grampians in Victoria. A fantastic experience and certainly one of the highlights of my life. Whilst obviously there were tough moments, some of the bonds you made were unbreakable. Abseiling, rock climbing, mountain biking and canoeing were just a few of the activities we got to do :)

My best mate's car beats a bus any day ;) Then next year we'll switch roles and I'll be the driver and he'll be the passenger :cool:

Anyone here go to schoolies this year? I guess they'd still be there anyway...
