Also I just had another stab at the World Flags quiz, got 188/196 with no prior research. The West African countries are definitely the hardest with all their red, yellow and green flags. I always seem to miss different, random flags though every time I try.

Ones I missed out on this time:
Senegal (annoyed. Eto'o!!!)
Guatemala (knew it was a Central American but couldn't put my finger on it)
Paraguay
Ecuador (two big misses there)
Belarus (was well off with this one. Thinking one of the "stans")
Luxembourg (shattered. Knew it was next to Liechtenstein and started with L)
Kuwait (also knew this was a Middle Eastern country but didn't get the right one)
Libya (can not blame me here. They are no longer all green!)

Good quiz, only got 106. Couldn't get some due to forgetting the spelling.

Was never swayed by them too much. I enjoy their first two records from time to time. But I've heard they consistently put a great show on.

Was it at the Forum?

Music lovers, try this one. I admit I that I guessed a few, but I've never been a big music buff and still only being in my youth I was happy with 51/200.

Interested as to how you would go at this, SA.

Nah it was at Festival Hall.

Yeah their first 2 albums were fantastic, Humbug their 3rd was pretty 'meh, but Suck it and See's their best yet IMO, it just kind of strays away from what's going on in modern rock 'n roll these days and does its own thing.

The show itself was incredible, Miles Kane was there too, he's a cool guy. The crowd was pretty pushy, and I still can't hear out my right ear, but it was all worth it :thumbsu:

And a weird decision to take off Charlie Adam I think too, sure he's not pacey but neither is Gerrard at his age and I really thought that Adam was finding a nice balance as an attacking mid. Ah well. To be inside the mind of a manager.

Just great to see us three points clear on top of that table again :)

They didn't deserve to win by that much. Downing should have scored in the opening minutes than there first goal was a gift, should of been 1-0. Than if Gerrard starts, who knows what happens from there. Liverpool also dominated most of the match.
 
Honestly don't know what a bloke can do to have an opinion around here. Everything I seem to say turns into a shitfight, regardless of how reasonable it seems. Even when I admit there's no 'right' opinion and that there's obvious bias behind my claims I get labelled as the bad guy - arrogant and closed-minded :confused:
Anyway I can just deactivate my account for a while? I need some time off for a while but I don't exactly wanna leave for good either

Stay around PAFC :thumbsu: We need more opinionated and passionate posters around here, that's probably half the reason you won the best poster of the year award. I think the one thing that makes people have a go at you occasionally is how you can make your opinion sound like absolute fact. I definitely don't think you're arrogant or close-minded, just passionate.
 
I'll still be around but I just feel that I need a few weeks away, to freshen up a bit. Can't see myself being able to do that though unless I literally cannot post anything for a while

Too many little girls on this thread. Who find it more enjoyable getting stuck into people who are passionate RACIST & love bagging people about there spelling. Its the sad reality of sitting behind a computer screen. They like to pick the crap out of anything thats not 100% correct.

I've heard terrible things about Festival Hall. At least it was still a good show, though.

Just don't touch it for a week and see how you go. I did that during 2011, makes a difference. Every now and then, just take a step back from BigFooty, any issues on threads will die a natural death, you can then pick and choose what you want to read when you get back. Heck, have some time on Sporcle as a distraction, or get into Angry Birds or Crush the Castle :)
