Going thru the entire board adding tags where there are none, and changing tags where an incorrect one is being used....

- All threads now have tags.

- Noticing people are using or have used a wide variety of tags for the same types of thread (eg, using discussion or competition instead of workshop, using resource or news instead of discussion, etc).

- I re-edited the board guidelines better, so can people please take more care in choosing the right tags for threads they create.

- It's all about keeping an integrity of the filing system, so it needs consistency and conformity. It doesn't matter if there are more threads under some tags than others, just proper organization.
