Yeah Gibbsy I've been working with the Age and there many divisions etc. for the last few years whilst doing a sort of half apprenticeship.

A few reps from the Guardian were doing scouting in Australia and I was recommended by a few Fairfax people. Always loved London as a city, so it should be great

To be honest, ESPN doesn't show a heap of NBA compared to college basketball. They've only really been showing two or three live games a week.

The knicks are barely on foxtel. TBH, the NBA is hardly on foxtel.

One have scaled back a lot of their sports once they decided it was more cost effective to be less of a sports channel and more of a male oriented entertainment channel (i.e. cheap programs and repeats).

Yeah the didn't program it because they didn't know when the lockout was going to end.

ONE made an announcement that they were removing a lot of the live sport from their programming, that coincided with the rebranding as well as lot more lifestyle shows and light entertainment. F1 and motor racing is now One's drawcard imo

They'll show NBA next season.

The reason they dropped a lot of sport is because replays in prime time dont rate, but NFL and NBA isnt going to rate worse at 7am than anything else they'd show.
