Bradles, there's no sun at 1am.

So how do you expect it to stay the same temperature when there's probably no cloud cover to keep the warmness in and nothing to heat Melbourne up??

We know when there's inaccuracy and this is that time when there's an inaccurate reading..

WCE It's because the earth is orbiting the sun and Australia is getting closer and closer.
It would've been late afternoon/night in Europe at 3:30am EDST.
So the Earth is spinning, and Australia's next to receive the sunlight

About the same as the temperature here in Sydney today...STINKING (peaked at 45C at my place, 46.5C
was the top recorded)

Well luckily there was this strange phenomenon in my living room, the temperature there for some odd reason was only 24C (except for the hour or so where there was no power). But yeah it was bad outside, part of the street was melting and bubbling (not the first time some of the family have seen this but it was for me).

Well I wasn't whining about it. Actually when I went to have a look at the street I mentioned that it actually wasn't that bad as the humidity was only around 15% (though I wouldn't have wanted to be in it for very long). I was up in Townsville 2 years ago at this time of year and even though it was only around 30 the high humidity (90 odd percent) made it completely unbearable.
