They were the Adelaide company that made most of the lace-up jumpers.
That is either one of the best replicas ever made, or legit.
Though I'd have to have a look at the wear on the Tetley logo and the Vic Hill logo to verify that.

As far as what it goes for, not really my area.
But from what I can tell, it looks game worn.
You'd want some sort of provenance, like a photo of a player handing it over, or a back story how they came to get it.
Tetley were only sponsors in 1980 & 1981, and the lace-ups were banned in the late 80s.
There's a chance it's a 1980 premiership jumper.
That would have to increase the value.

Whatever jumper Roach was wearing, he swapped it with his Collingwood opponent.
If you could find who he swapped with, and whether he was wearing a lace-up in the GF it would be interesting.

There's a you tube video showing the first quater of the game and at the 4minutes 53sec mark, it shows Roach front on and clearly not a lace up. You will need to pause as it is a quick flash.

Here's the rear:

Number is wrong for the period. It looks like polyester with no foam backing and the width of the upper section of the 8 is wider than the section at the bottom. The number 8 used on Roach's jumper in the 1980-81 Tetley sponsored period should look like the one below. Clearly much smaller at the top but even width throughout. I believe the number has been added at a later time. Also Michael Roach did not wear lace up during Tetley's sponsorship. Otherwise the jumper is a genuine Vic Hill product and the logos look genuine.

A question to those who've purchased or won guernseys fro TWP. What are they like? My team here in NSW are thinking of buying some from them and wed like to know four things...
1) Which collar did you get? (these are execution, performance and elite series I believe)
2) Whats the fit like? (How des it fit on the body. For example, ISC tends to be a tighter fit)
3) How impressed were you with the team matching a design you prepared (If you did so)
4) Lasting impressions?
