- Username
- Year, Month inducted
- What they did (can be a design, but doesn't have to be)

Maybe not individual designs, unless they have had some major effect on the board or in public (e.g. someone has their design made for a professional club), however a long tradition of great designs from one person could be a reason for inclusion.

Also perhaps if people want designs elected to a HoF, maybe the ones that win round robin competitions could be used, as they have shown that they can out last other designs over a long period of time, or, ones that have survived long periods of time across multiple competitions. But single weekly competition winners should not be included.
