Best ep is probably Last Exit to Springfield, seems to be the popular choice among fan sites for best ever ep as well. So many one-liners/gags, plus the whole dental plan thing is great.

Another one of my all-time favourites is the episode where Homer teaches people how to have a successful marriage, late season 5 I think, underrated ep, the first 10 minutes is laugh-a-minute stuff.
