all the boys have decided they want to go for courses in uni needing atars of above 90 and have have stressed themselves out before school even starts.
f****** nerds.
i'm just hoping to pass all my subjects and get above 60 cos of my shit coarse.
so i have a few weeks to f*** around on my own until they give up and become useless sacks of shit like every other year

Anyway yeah everything will resume as normal by like March in terms of commitment and work ethic across the whole year level

I had a mate in high school who repeated year 11 because he got bad marks, just so he could cream year 12.

Needless to say, he had the exact same motivation as he did the first time around, scraped through year 11 and flunked year 12. I honestly don't know how he got into uni. Nor how long he's gonna last. All he wants to do is smoke the 'erb and game all day.

I think the point I was trying to make, is that we're all useless sacks of shit in year 11/12.

I got 58. Absolutely flunked my English and Politics exams apparently. Pretty sure I acted them both, but eh. Doesn't matter now. Did a course, my atar is 70 now. Into my course and now all that said is irrelevant.

Just try as hard as you can for real, you could have a change of heart half way through the year and want to do something with higher prereqs

Options n everything. I didn't know I'd want to do journalism until like September.
