It doesn't stand for anything. It's the effeminate version of 'pimp'. Changing the first letter from P to M is standard practice for some words to change gender. Paternal --> Maternal, for example. Pimp --> Mimp, for another.

Not sure why BigFooty decides to recognize such an authoritarian control of sexual exploitation in real life by handing out a badge on an internet discussion forum, but I think it's got something to do with breaking down gender stereotypes and that's usually seen as a positive.
