New Macbook:
https://www.apple.com/au/macbook/specs/
Thinner than the Macbook Air.
Jumped on to post that, haha. That's the one I was talking about the other day. I'm guessing they're calling it just MacBook instead of MacBook Air so they can pump the price up a bit.

But yeah, depending on price point I'll probably get one mid year.

Surely Apple has realised that if the computer gets any thinner it'll break from nothing more than a gust of wind? Having a thinner and lighter computer is all very well and good, but there has to be a point where it becomes unproductive?
It'll get to a point where they'll sell you something that looks like a business card, until you turn it on and an interactive holographic screen thing pops up.

My PC laptop is about the same size of a Macbook, even looks like it. And I cracked the screen frame last year, thankfully it was under warranty

Apple are very aware of shit like this. I found a paper that had loads of production possibility curves in regards to stuff like this. Really really cool

That would be good, but I meant that it still retained the shape and (rough) size of a laptop, except super thin. One that could potentially snap just by turning it on.

That does sound interesting. Do you still have a hold of it? I wouldn't mind reading into that.

Are you Jobs reincarnated?
Only if he killed Jobs years before he actually died.

I'm actually three years old.

My Facebook feed tells me that Sony just came out with a tape that can hold almost 65 million songs. This is some Malibu Stacy with New Hat level of killing off Apple's new product launch

No one uses tapes anymore. In fact, I doubt the 12 yo on the board know what a tape cassette is.

Fizzler's opinions on footy jumpers thread might work out well as more of a Roundtable thread. Each week we could go through each team and discuss both the history and current state of their guernseys. Not sure if enough people would be interested though and it might not be worth it.
