I had never heard of this person until your post.
I work in a very social environment and have what I'd call progressive friends but not a single person I know cares much for id politics, beyond "do what you want, don't be a dickhead though".
Is there just this online bubble of people who think it's a bigger deal than it actually is or is my head in the sand?
None of it seems to matter much in the real world. If you're a hard worker you can get a job the same as anyone else, respect is earned, and dignity is a right, all with the aforementioned proviso of don't be a dickhead.
The person Ricky is lampooning seems they aren't following the last point

I heard a story that mny years ago someone did something similar at the Mascoma st exit from the Tulla fwy at Airport West.

Yes. There was a video from a drone posted not long after with a man that fit the Epstein description sitting in a golf cart talking to a security guard. When they realised the drone was there the man moved into the cart to hide himself. It was from above and at a distance and from memory the date wasn't verified. Not saying he isn't alive but that video definitely doesn't prove it.

Not sure. This Epstein stuff is a conspiracy theorist wet dream. So many interesting/dodgy characters. There’s at least 3 podcasts dedicated to it (yeah I’m subscribed to them ). Maxwell is straight up an evil character from a Bond film.
