Threatening to shoot looters shouldn't happen.. Shooting looters shouldn't happen, looting also shouldn't happen. Calling in the national guard isn't the worst idea in the world because it's not like the cops being there will help, but it should definitely be in a manner which helps the protesters express themselves whilst protecting infrastructure.

All that said, maybe the cops shouldn't kneel on a guy who's already been arrested. They made their bed.
