some indians can, there are haywards and kingfisher beers in india that are well over 6 percent. remember one of the first evenings i was drinking in a permit room and blew the froff of a couple of kingfisher reds, the old cheeks were already getting rosey, at that point i figured the beer was rather strong, thats when i checked the label and realized i was drinking the stronger version of the local beer.I thought only Aussie backpackers in London drank snakebites.
