You should have watched the clip.
He did say it was from the defence.
And acknowledged this will be played out in court

I did watch some of it. The right wing video nexus will promote his defense attorney's massaging as 'breaking news'. Don't buy into the hysterics of it. Contextualise it.

It's clearly not an act of terrorism.
As MSM had you believe

It's also not a lynching as hysterics believe.

He was all in the gun shit, had some unresolved violence issues, and ended up killing 2 people after going to a protest fully armed.

Nothing to do with the shooting but the dude the cops killed was a scumbag

Val, if you're referring to Jacob Blake, he's still alive.

Anyways, that piece links to the New York Post - which is a tabloid paper, and it's been retweeted by a guy who calls himself "digital media" for something called @ClaremontInst & @theammind.

The first of these, "The Claremont Institute", has a mission statement that denies racism in the US, as well as systemic racism within its police forces. And the link to the Claremont's tweet on this statement takes you to this:

https://americanmind.org/post/america-is-not-racist/

Seems a bit suspect to me, as a source of info.

What also shouted out at me was the use of the word "cops" to refer to police in the news article. The whole thing is pretty unprofessionally written.

Good news is that Jacob Blake is no longer handcuffed to his hospital bed.

Baltimore like the * of the US.

It’s the most dangerous place I’ve ever visited in my life. I’m a huge fan of the tv series the wire so a mate and I decided to add it to the list of must see places while we were in the US. Managed to get a lift into West Baltimore where the show was filmed . F*k me don’t know how we got out alive 😬

Well if it’s true it’s a shame he’s not dead. Not sticking up for the cops, but if he did that he’s a waste of space

He was all in the gun sh*t, had some unresolved violence issues, and ended up killing 2 people after going to a protest fully armed.
Why do you feel compelled to go on the defensive on every issue that is blatantly agenda driven by CNN and NBC?

I felt an overwhelming sense of danger walking the overpass to the Harlem underground station at night.

And crossing Hollywood Boulevard to the "wrong" side .

But your experience sounds more on par with visiting Kabul.

I’ve been to Kabul , between wars, wasn’t so bad. Kandahar on the other hand....

Im not going to rely on shrieking youtubers like Pool. Youre selling yourself short if you do.
If we are in agreeance that CNN/FOX no loner present news with impartiality and are ideologically agenda driven.
Then where are you going to get the important snippets of the story from?
Why would you dismiss this youtuber based on his political preference?
He presented pieces to the story, that had fluffers at CNN/NBC did that themselves, then they may have avoided a riot.
And a shit fight in this thread.
We are a very stupid world.
And I say to the "progressives", surely you know you need to be critical of all MSM, even if they lean toward your own political perspectives.

The msm is corporately owned. They lean to their own economic agenda. The regard this as spectacle for ratings.

And please. Progressives have been unrelenting in critique of msm. Ive even given you a reference.

And i said to contextualise the likes of Pool. Hes a political commentator. He is representing the story by presenting the pov from the defense attorney

in light of the topic at hand, a tidbit of how news is run and funded, coming from the Columbia Journalism Review.

........... coming from the Columbia Journalism Review.

Do they have academic integrity or are they just another politicized mouthpiece?

You are implying that getting the story from the defence attorney is less valid then getting it from CNN?
Its actually more useful, when putting the pieces together, then an ideologically driven narrative.

MSM is corporately owned agreed. Yes they lean to their own economic agenda. Agreed.
They appeal to their viewer audiences, comment needs to be made how shallow and gullible their audiences are today, to buy into that garbage.
And Progressives running to the defence of the news as presented by the MSM, is mind boggling.

:tearsofjoy:

It's not as if the attorney shooting themselves in the foot with public commentary is going to be beneficial to their clients. If anything, the defence will be understated about matters at this point.

Of course, he does have to counter a lynch mob that doesn't care for the assembled facts, along with weak & feeble politicians looking to win favor.

Ideologically, this is no different to the mindless mob mentality that went along with lynching negro people many years ago.

exactly, hes definitely keeping strategic arguments for court.
Its hard to fathom how the democrats are complicit in wanting their country to become lawless and burn. All in the name of Ideology

The Democrats have been polluted by an assembly line of leftist excrement that has been pumped out of academia over the past 20 years.

This is the root cause of the failure of contemporary western left wing politics.

Ive just explained to you that the most informed critiques of the msm have been provided by progressives. Not the right wingers who complain about trump and white people being portrayed negatively.

We've just been presented with a Tim Pool video. He battles for relevance. The MSM battles for ratings. Pool is a blogger with no editorial standards. He aims to get shared by idiots. The MSM has increasingly less editorial standards. There is a battle to generate the most shock statements. Snake is doing it with this lynching stuff. He knows it's bullshit. They're all just battling to be seen. The truth is usually gathered from filtering through the nonsense. There are no sources beyond questioning, but there are plenty who can be dismissed pretty easily.

Thats a very shallow explanation. I really detest the convenience label of "right wingers"

So in other words they're as sh!t as each other. Compelling really, considering one is a blogger and the other is run by multi million dollar corporation who employs tertiary educated employees , with supposedly a code of ethics and a far reaching audience. Pure evil, how could anybody justifiably defend its content?

I really have zero interest in these Police killings.
1> Reason one the reporting.
2> Facts will come out in court, by then it'll become irrelevant, as there will be another issue taking centre stage.

In regards to Pool.
Shoot the message, not the messanger.
Also he is a journalist according to Wikipedia
And just out of interest, what exactly do you disagree with Tim Pools blog?
