I'm thinking of getting metal legs. It's a risky operation, but I think it will be worth it.

Don't do it, I got metal legs back in '67 as I was drafted to Vietnam and thought i'd do a Robo-Soldier sort of thing. At first it was great, never pulled a hammie and even put them on auto-pilot when tired. Then it rained and they rusted up like a bitch, so there I was stuck in a standing position whack bang in the middle of the war. I fought off 3000 Viet Cong for 5 days without rest finally got picked up and changed back to regular human legs.

Thanks for the advice. I still want to get some type of mechanical legs. Maybe I could get titanium legs or legs maybe made of some type of alloy that is rust resistant. By the way Spikey and Ben, metal arms? WTF? Metal legs is one thing, but metal arms is just going too far.

I admit that I was skeptical about metal arms, but you guys have convinced me that they may be a wise acquisition. Firstly no one could beat me in an arm wrestle and secondly, as you point out, they would be useful for deflecting incoming bullets. I am aiming for something like this:

I think it may impress Kristanna Loken, who played the T-X in Terminator 3. She would be glad to met someone who is like herself. Spikey, I can guarantee you that when you see Kristanna and myself holding each other's metal hands (hopefully it could go further, but I do not know as yet how that would work seeing as we would be all metal). I appreciate your warning, but the full metal look is going to be the look of 2010 and beyond.
